Service support

At present time service and warranty support is provided only for SCATT models produced after 2005 inclusive (all trainers with USB support). For devices with RS-232 support is no longer available.
The buyer is entitled to a 2-year Limited Warranty Policy. The Warranty, however, does not cover cables, mounting kits, and defects inflicted by the user.

Only complete kits will be accepted for service and warranty repair, including all electronic devices and cables. All returns must be accompanied with a detailed explanation of the technical issues experienced by the user, contact information, and a full return address.

Prior to sending the equipment to the service center we highly encourage you to download the diagnostics tool from our website, via the link usbdiag.exe [2,45MB]. This diagnostic tool will help you identify the functionality of your device.
Connect the trainer with your PC and run the “USBDIAG.EXE”, then send us the log file or a screenshot of the results.

You must notify us via phone or email prior to sending your equipment for service or warranty repair.
